I added a Santa hat to several of my snowman ornament. It gives them a great touch of Christmas color. Next I’ll have to figure out how to give some of them with a scarf instead. Only a limited amount of them available. Inquire soon.
I created this patio coffee table with left over wood from the Trellis I made for Ty and Sandra’s wedding. The aesthetics of the wood tone and wood grain is stunning. The light and dark tone, wood grain and color gives the table a beautiful design. It also holds my drinks on my back patio while reading, watching wildlife, or sitting with my wife in conversation more relaxing and enjoyable.
Love making hearts of all sizes and why not carry around a heart reminding you of the one that loves you. The solid hearts art titled, “Whole Hearted” and the heart inside a heart are called “Within My Heart.” Part of my Love Series. These are available in the gift shop at The Makers Market.
When Ty was really young he said “My birthday is at Christmas time and I don’t have a special day of the year like you, ‘Mother’s Dad, Father’s Day.” So we created a Son’s Day; it’s what some parents do with one child. “My favorite golf buddy.” Here’s our Son’s reaction to the gift he received. Created these Florida Gators for my Administrators who graduated from U F. My gift to them, bidding them Farewell and Thanks for a great school year.
My “Carve My Art” idea started when my son Ty gave my wife and I the ornament on the right. His first try, haphazardly created in his few hours at home from college break before Christmas in my studio. His idea “This ornament represents how I wish I could ‘stop time’ to spend more time with my family.” Using Ty’s idea I began creating my carvemyart line that has transformed many times, and is still evolving. The snowman with hanging heart, titled “Love Christmas” was where the creative juices started flowing. More of my beginning pieces will be displayed in the coming months.
Made this arbor for my son’s wedding (approximately 4 feet by 8 feet). Never in my dreams did I envision the Arbor to be this stunning. The wedding photos are spectacular with the Arbor too.
